• Coordinate & manage structural, MEPF, elevator, & precast stair subcontractor scopes of work • Manage, review, and process payment applications, submittal packages, and RFIs• Establish & maintain primary, secondary, and working controls • Create 3D lift drawing packages for work sequencing through Tekla, Revit, and AutoCAD • Perform QC inspections for structural, MEPF, elevator, & precast stair scopes of work • Create and communicate RFI / change orders to the engineers, architects, & client • Perform layout and control for new & existing work • Communicate/interact with city and independent inspectors • Actively participate in weekly safety audits

• Operate farm machinery and implements for planting, harvesting, and cultivating • Pollinate and disease crops by hand• Collect data from both sweet corn and pea crops• Perform maintenance and repairs on all farm machinery
