Manage full lifecycle of staffing for events including: Identifying client needs, sourcing talent, on-boarding process & paperwork with employees, training and scheduling. Manage staff at events and communicate with clients to meet and exceed expectations; validate weekly hours and input them into ADP/Quickbooks, oversee billing/invoices to be processed for payments.• Hire staff for all aspects of catering/events including chefs, hosts, bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment.• Oversee all aspects of event coordination and operations for execution. Events ranging from 25-1000 people with budgets of $2k-$150k. Clients include: NBA, MLB, BisNow, MKG, Behrman Communications, Microsoft, Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, Xbox, Guess, and more.• Reporting & Inventory: Track event budget and event detail (Pre-event briefs, event time lines, budgets, etc.). Assist with ordering liquor, coordinating with vendors, drivers, florists, caterers, calendars and event strategies that drive business/revenue goals.• Oversee bottom line to ensure profitability and margin on all events executed by our company.
