Qa/Qc Manager
• Identify, document and flow down customer requirements through the contract review process. • Compile monthly, quarterly and yearly quality metrics including cost of scrap. • Handle external and internal communication for returned material and generate Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers in the ERP. • Perform Containment and Root Cause Analysis for returned material. Where necessary, facilitate the implementation of Corrective Actions in response to RMAs. • Submit customer concessions/waivers and handle internal and external communications regarding customer concessions/waivers. Work with Quality team to determine Root Cause and Corrective Action prior to submitting Concession/Waiver. • Assist with internal audits; both QMS and documentation audits.
