THE NATIONAL DEFENSE TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATION (NDTA) is a non-political, non-profit educational association of government, military, and industry professionals dedicated to fostering a strong and efficient global transportation and distribution system in support of national security. NDTA promotes exchange on current matters of transportation, travel, distribution, logistics and security, allowing for knowledge sharing in a non-partisan, fair, and objective environment. Over 9,000 members around the world participate, and are able to discuss critical issues openly in a professional atmosphere consistent with the principles of government ethics and without commercial trade constraints. Results are shared with various interested parties.

Continuing a work in progress....I think that is the best phrase to sum up experience and goals. Having served my country proudly for 22 years in the world's GREATEST Air Force, I transitioned from the blue to the suit. From 2001-2012 I worked for a small business, as the operations manager I was in charge of personnel, budget, biz development, contracts, teaming, pricing, you name it! Never a dull moment for sure. I have now transitioned to the next phase of my career, taking on the challenge of Portfoio Manager for a large company. I don't "do it all" now. But I do still have the responsibility that comes with the trust they have given me to ensure the account grows and prospers. New challenges, same approach--Trust my people, support them and work as a team to see it through! The key to it all is Communication! As a Senior Director - Business Accounts, I work with a cadre of professionals dedicated to employing ethical business practices providing technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to solve complex problems with a realistic and manageable approach. As the DPO Program Manager I provide oversight for contracts valued in excess of $62M across the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and its’ Transportation Component Commands; U.S. Army’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC); U.S. Air Force’s Air Mobility Command (AMC); and the U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC); and the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC). The support provided by SRA brings to bear a wide range of technical and functional expertise developing integrated solutions positively impacting the ability of the USTRANSCOM forces to meet their missions. This includes the complete range of contract administration/management tasks; personnel management; technical solutioning and software development; and customer interaction for continued support and growth across the Transportation Enterprise. Since 1978 SRA has evolved maturing our processes and services, though our roots of Honesty and Service have remained. These enduring values guide us every day and inspire us to continue service to our nation across all facets of the federal space.

All culminated in assuming the General MAnager duties in 2008, where I had oversight of the general operations of the company, provided inputs for determining strategic direction, partnering efforts, and policies to position company in the best light for future growth.
