Coach, mentor and manage twelve account managers covering ten facilities in four states, while also developing and managing several "A" accounts producing approximately $24,000 a day in revenue for New Penn. Recruiting, networking and looking for opportunities to upgrade the New Penn team while traveling for the company as well as participating in key company decision making initiatives(on the sales side) are also large part of my daily job duties. Greater than 50% overnight traveling for the company.

As sales territory grew in the 2000's, took on Area Sales Manager role for New Penn, which included but was not limited to: coaching, mentoring, managing and training both new and veteran account managers for four facilities in Pennsylvania for New Penn. In addition, developed an additional sales territory for the Altoona location while taking on some territory for the Pittsburgh terminal, resulting in approximately 150 active accounts for both locations, nearing $50,000 a day in debtor based revenue. Recruiting and interviewing prospective account managers also became a part of my duties. Some overnight travel required.

Maintain and grow a full sales territory in Western and Central Pennsylvania while coaching and mentoring new account managers along with helping veteran sales reps who may have been struggling at times during their New Penn career to help get them back on track. Some overnight travel required.

Maintain and grow a sales territory in primarily in Central Pennsylvania for businesses that needed trucking services, mainly in the less-than-truckload segment of the industry.
