Quality Inspection• Sampling of raw materials and components in accordance with approved procedures.• Incoming inspection of raw materials and components to ensure that they meet specifications and are suitable for use at Waters Technologies Ireland.• Ensures that all materials sampled and tested are identified (quarantine, approved, on hold, or rejected) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) requirements. • Documents, files and maintains inspection records.• Ensures that specifications are maintained up to date and meet inspection requirements.First Article Approval• Inspects finished products to ensure that they are properly identified and conform to approved finished product specifications / Bills of Materials.MRB• Responsible for the maintenance of the MRB area.Documentation Management / Review• Assists and participates in the distribution, retrieval, and filing of controlled documents (SOPs, Work Instructions) as well as other Quality documents• Performs a quality review of records, procedures, work instructions, forms etc. to ensure that they are accurate, complete and compliant with the process and with the requirements of the quality management system / GMP.• Ensure that quality records are filed and stored and retrieved in accordance with record retention policy /procedures and customer requirements.• Documents and reports issues to management in order to ensure corrective actions are implemented.• Label ApprovalsProject Work• Quality representative on appropriate projects within Waters Technologies Ireland including process improvement activities.• Ensures compliance with ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2003 and applicable good manufacturing practice regulations within the company

Responsible for the technical evaluation of Mass Spectrometer Analysers. This included troubleshooting, problem solving and timely exchange of faulty components, raising non conformance reports and assisting in root cause analysis. Achieving daily, weekly and quarterly targets by liaising with operators on the product line, monitoring yields, highlighting potential issues and performing sheduled PMs to test rigs.Other personal duties include: responsible for Deviations managment within the cleanroom; the design and roll out of JBS(standard work)for quadrupole assembly; responsible for all training for quadrupole assembly using TWI methodology.

Responsible for manufacturing Mass Spectrometer analysers in a grade 7 cleanroom environment.
