I was delighted to be a member of the organising committee for this fantastic initiative. I was the link between the committee and the operation involved from a stadium perspective to ensure the match went to plan - with a particular focus on ticketing, movement of people, matchday catering plans and facilitating media.

- Managed the membership team to ensure that all annual membership income targets and KPIs were achieved.- I helped establish the Cork Chamber Corporate Partner Programme. This programme was tailored to engage with the CEO/MD of the largest companies in the region, focusing on peer to peer networking, thought leadership and enhanced engagement with local and national political influencers.- I regularly represented the Chamber at a variety of company launches and stakeholder events (it@cork, Marketing Institute, Sales Institute, EI Briefings)- Introduced the Chamber Ambassador programme which pairs new members who join Cork Chamber with other more established Chamber members to enhance the membership experience.- Helped establish and manage Cork City Centre Forum. This is a multi-stakeholder representative group established to help drive footfall in Cork City Centre and increase the profile of Cork Chamber amongst City Centre Businesses.- I was the Chamber representative on the organising committee of the very successful inaugural “Our Table” outdoor food event on Oliver Plunkett Street in 2015.- I was a member of the steering group which took the “Cork Cashes Out” project from idea phase to implementation along with many external stakeholders in 2016.- I represented Cork Chamber as a judge on the organising committee of the Junior Chamber International “Friendly Business Awards” in 2015 and 2016.- Managed one other member of staff on membership team and worked closely with other managers and CEO to ensure the Chamber meets the needs of its members.- Presented the benefits of Chamber membership to prospective companies of all sizes from start-up to Multi-National.
