Provided business modeling, engineering and operational direction and directly implemented SiteTracker as a project and asset management tool for a 4000+ fiber route mile deployment. • HC2 Broadcasting Holdings Inc. - Chief Operating Officer - Managed operations for 230 television broadcasting stations in the US & Puerto Rico. Deployed 38 new stations. Partnered with CFO and Sales to capture new revenue and improve operational cash flow, resulting in the company's first EBITDA positive quarters. • Firstlight Fiber - Program Manager - PA Expansion - Engineered and constructed a 1000-mile rural FTTX fiber network expansion into Pennsylvania for this regional CLEC in less than 24 months. Implemented SiteTracker as a project & asset management tool for 600+ Fiber to the Tower projects. • Teligent - President and Chief Operating Officer - Stabilized operations, reduced cash burn and completed a sale of Teligent’s spectrum assets and customers, providing a 2X return on investment.• Globix Corp/NEON - Chief Integration Officer - Directed the merger and achieved positive EBITDA for the first time, enabling relisting on the AMEX and sale (RCN and QTS Data Centers). • President, TVCC One Six Holdings – Managed wireless spectrum assets and acted as Senior Technical Advisor to Harbinger Capital Partners on its telecom holdings (Lightsquared/Skyterra). • Motient Corp - Chief Restructuring Officer – Restructured the company’s operational activities and management team. Improved cash flow and reduced liabilities, enabling $500M+ in new equity and a spectrum asset sale (DISH).

Developed a new business Program for a major MSO, providing engineering support, procurement, testing and forward logistics for 5G network deployments.Managed Engineering and Installation of Central Office Equipment, Logistics & Inventory, Radio repair and spares management for a major US Carrier.

Expanded Zayo's data center footprint in the Eastern US, constructing several new data centers and managing infrastructure upgrades to numerous existing facilities, expanding electrical and mechanical capacity and sellable square footage.

Led all Outside Plant Fiber Network Construction, Maintenance, and Field Operations for the MidAtlantic Region. Through a period of massive growth, managed Fiber Networks from Maine to Florida and west to OH, WV, TN, and AL in various combinations. Integrated Abovenet, Fibergate, Litecast and First Telecom networks and staff into the Zayo network and organization. Managed extensive Fiber to the Tower deployment projects for all 4 national wireless carriers and numerous regional carriers.

Built and retained a high-performance Engineering and Network Operations team. Deployed a broadband voice and data network in 6 markets, leveraging a Voice over ATM/VoDSL architecture delivering industry leading economics. Constructed 6 regional broadband networks, 6 Class 5 central offices and 130 ILEC collocations in nine months. Developed, staffed and managed a state of the art Network Operations Center, Provisioning Center, and Next Generation Packet Voice and Data Lab, integrating ATM, IP and Class 5 voice networks over Digital Subscriber Line.

Designed and deployed a fiber based Voice and Data network in PA, NJ, DE and MD for this start-up CLEC. Developed and managed a $170 Million capital deployment plan, implemented on time and on budget. Constructed 65 ILEC Collocations, 800+ mile fiber network deployment, WDM implementations, and DSL launch.

Managed P&L for a $70 Million+ network integration organization. Profitably directed all aspects of technical and financial management associated with the delivery of consulting, network design and deployment of data networks for enterprise clients.
