I am currently working as a bike builder at 99 bikes, primarily involving assembling new bicycles out of the box. This involves working with tools and understanding the mechanical systems that make up a bicycle. In addition to this, I carry out basic maintenance in customer bicycles such as tyre changes and basic servicing, requiring diagnosis of the bicycle and communication with the customer.This job has helped me build skills in mechanical aptitude as well as communication, specifically simplifying issues for customers who have limited understanding of the subject.

This position involved not only waiting tables but also preparing desserts, operating the cashier and other general activities in a team environment.The fast paced environment and varied responsibilities helped improve my time management skills and the team environment meant teamwork and communication was essential. It also demonstrates my commitment to the company for several years.

This was a short term Christmas casual position, involving various roles including handling transactions as a cashier and managing stock on the floor.This role helped to build my skills in communication and making independent decisions on how to manage stock.
