The business has changed dramatically over that period of time, and not all the changes have been for the better, but to survive in this business you must innovate and advance with it.The government has taken so much control that it has actually made the industry more dangerous to the motoring public than it has ever been. It has forced drivers to drive tired and companies to not loner be cost effective unless they are a truly large size where they can perform their shipping in ways that drive the cost up to the consumer. This is not what a government should do.
