• Build Shipment Schedule and coordinate with off site transporters to secure drivers and schedulelandfills for all outbound loads, including drum shipments and carbon drum shipments• Assist in tracking the daily transportation shipments, number of roll off and make the necessary ordersto maintain empties at all times for upcoming projects. Including tracking off-site boxes related to projectsand ensure boxes are processed, cleaned, and off rented in a timely manner.• Assist in generating Manifest/BOL, Required Shipping Documents such as LDR/NESHAP/Etc.• Ensure boxes and drums are in DOT ready condition for shipment (DOT markings, Placards, Etc.)• Manifest Entry and Reconciliation of all shipments in the GHD system• Waste Sampling and documentation, Assist in Characterization per analytical, Assist in Profiling ofwaste• Assist in daily oversight of field work activities and coordinate with maintenance/contractor personnelto ensure proper waste management and needs are being met.• Waste Container Inventory and Management, including drums or any other waste item• Frac Tank Inventory; field oversight• RCRA: Inspect Registered Hazardous Waste Storage Areas.• RCRA: Inspect Satellite Accumulation Areas• RCRA: Precious Metals Inspection• Subpart CC: Inspection Bulk hazardous waste containers• NESHAP FF: Inspection Bulk non-hazardous and hazardous waste containers• Maintain Bi-Annual MACT 5G Compliance Tracking Log• Assist and coordinate with Environmental Contractors during soil investigation, remediation projects,or other environmental projects• Maintain Inventory for labeling (DOT Placards, DOT Labels, In-plant labels)
