This meant acting as their first point of contact and solving any issues that may arise within their group to do with ability levels and then making changes between groups and necessary.Experience working at the front desk on phones and cash registers, using the Paradocs POS system for both sales and class assignments.Greeting teachers and school groups as they arrive and ensuring that all the students are on time to their lessons as well as their busses back to school as they are only allowed to be gone for an allotted amount of time.

Interviewing potential staff for ski school and discussing with the director and snow school team on hiring decisions. Managed weekday lessons for school groups averaging a daily of 250 children in lessons for both ski and snowboarding programs. This involved creating the daily schedules for the school groups, staffing instructors for the day based on needs.Responsible for creating classes for 10 programs that taught over 1000 students on weekend days by calling and emailing all participants or their parents to acquire information on ability levels and student needs. Teaching programs and private lessons based on the days needs and staff present.
