As a dedicated student-athlete, I understand the importance of discipline, perseverance and teamwork. I’ve been fortunate to have had many great experiences through my affiliations with various athletic organizations. With these privileges comes a responsibility to represent my school, my team and myself in a positive light. I work to exemplify integrity both on and off the field and always try to have empathy for those less fortunate. Giving back to the community is something that has always been important to me. This led me to start my “Kicking Cancer” campaign in high school to raise money for the American Cancer Society. I learned how to create my own fundraising site and solicited donations for this important cause. I am interested in a job or internship where I can enhance these skills and help businesses have a positive impact on the community through media, social platforms, and other outreach efforts.
