Projects Development Manager

1.) Worked with MTN Nigeria for six years in Asaba and Port- Harcourt regions.The nature of my work was regional project implementation supervision. The project was telecommunication site build. This was where I led more than fifteen different project teams in different occasions and at times five teams concurrently to represent and deliver the company share of the network roll out project phases for about eighty base transceiver stations sites with not even an iota of hitches during integration.2.) I led teams that built eight DSTV Mobile sites for Multichoice Nigeria and successfully handed the sites over to the owner company in accordance with project agreement.3.) I led teams that built thirteen EMTS sites for Etisalat Nigeria at northern region.

1.) Software development projects innovativeness using visual basic MS access and Crystal report.2.) Directed and ensured completion of jobs as per the contract specifications, on time and within budget.3.) Coordinated teams with prepared proposal for job presentation, follow up relationship with the client project personnel also their assigns and subcontractors.4.) Being the single point responsibility in relation with clients.5.) Responsible for the development of detailed project execution plans thus determine the deal life cycle.6.) Adressing key project objectives for safety, quality, schedule, cost and how they will be achieved.7.) Draft projects proposals: ensuring proper followup for approval by client companies through their signing of the project contract agreements or profoma invoices as the case may be.8.) Ensured quality training and hand over of the completed project(s) to customer satisfaction alongside with change request management.
