Developed plans and oversaw the employment and daily operations of airborne ISR assets, which included close coordination with National Security Council and Colombia country team to include multiple government agencies and Defense Attache team. Coordinated the employment of multiple manned and unmanned ISR platforms from across service lines and Government agencies to include U.S. Army Airborne Reconnaissance Light (ARL), U.S. Air Force RC-135 and Global Hawk, U.S. Navy EP-3 and Scan Eagle and multiple experimental platforms using our missions as proof of concept. Primary Subject Matter Expert and advisor to Commander, USSOUTHCOM for all ISR mission areas.
