A little about me. Between the military and the civilian world, I have worked in some capacity of the telecommunications Industry for over 30 years. From a structured cable installer, field tech, service manager, project manager, training, installer and now sales. That pretty much covers most of the bases in the "phone" world. The best part of this career is having the opportunity to work with new people and work with them to address any number of issues. My favorite part of my job was actually training people. Most of the time I was able to make phone training interesting, interactive and informative. Training civilians was definitely more challenging than training privates or lieutenants, but I made it work.
