Led 3 sections Material Control, Service Contracts, and Requirements and Optimization. Led team to evaluate requirements and prioritize maintenance and new work for the installation. Oversaw material purchases to ensure items were available when required. Managed the grounds, custodial and other contracts required for the running of the installation. Oversaw a 95-million-dollar multiple-year contract. Led multiple project initiatives, including developing scope, estimating the cost, and executing. Spearheaded effort to connect mission to the facility. The result was a transparent priority system designed by the customers themselves.

Managed the deployment of the new 22-billion-dollar Civil Engineering database. Taught personnel at 12 bases how to ready the base for the new database. Once the base received the new database taught classes on how to use the new database. Taught facility prioritization models, trend analysis, and fundamentals of asset management. Provided insight from the bases to higher headquarters. Provided insight to leaders on the shortfalls and advantages of the program.
