The job description varied from operational support, to sales support of specific products and outage scope recommendations(for globally spread sales- & project- teams), alongside producing repair proposals, reflecting “as maintained” structure of units in PLM system, building outage scope recommendations, addressing fleet issues (producing and rolling out mitigation’s for specific issues observed or found in performed or learned specific root cause analysis), submitting feedback to and liaising with R&D on incorporating field experience in to future or improved parts / products, outage support and quality control documentation development.
