Led and managed a team of 7 other Spanish teachers and worked closely with the other subject leaders in the department to create a varied curriculum and regularly monitor teaching and learning. Achieved top GCSE grades of all of the Modern Language subjects. Worked with key stakeholders, specifically senior leaders, to organise a Year 11 revision trip targeting Pupil Premium and under-performing students. Taught all years from Y7-Y13.

Achieved best GCSE results in the school, and in the history of the MFL Department, with 95% of students achieving A*-C. As Gifted and Talented lead, I organised a trip to Cambridge University for G+T Year 9 MFL students. Took students on cultural / language trips to France and Spain. Managed U15 boys football team, coaching them once a week and taking them to their matches.
