Account Executive - Helping the Federal Government achieve their Performance Contracting objectives.Working under the Department of Energy IDIQ contract, my responsibilities include developing relationships with the onsite customer as well as agency level federal employees, being the liaison between the Trane Project Development Team and each level of the associated customer. These relationships continue throughout the construction and performance periods. I also secure the third party financing for the project following the guidelines of the IDIQ contract or as directed by the issuing agency. It is also my responsibility to complete a risk assessment for each project and brief Trane leadership on the specifics of the project.

Estimator/Project Manager for a large Mechanical Contractor. My responsibilities included estimating, securing the contract, managing the project, and insuring that the financial performance met or exceeded the expected goals. I also conducted risk mitigation surveys for each project and developed plans to avoid potential project hazards. This position required a clear understanding of both the Plan and Specification process as well as the Design Build. I developed key relationships with General Contractors, Design Engineers, and Owner Direct customers.

This started as a "Co-op" position while in school. I stayed on after the program requirements were fulfilled. I assisted in basic "Cut and Fill" projects associated with highway design, worked on their survey crew mapping a small regional airport, and acted as a field inspector on a water and sewer project.
