Duties included mechanical and electrical upkeep of production equipment. Involved with various projects and manufacturing improvements in new operating facility. Primary focus was automating manufacturing processes and installation of new enhancements to existing manufacturing processes.SKILLSOPERATING SYSTEMS:Proficient in various Microsoft workstation and server operating systems to include but not limited to: Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. PROGRAMING ENVIRONMENTS:Hands on experience programming in Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Visual Studio, C++, HTML, ASP, PHP, T-SQL, SQL and various scripting languages. Programming experience includes integrating database applications into program and integrated applications.INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS; Experienced in programming RSView, Wonderware and Intellution HMI systems. Also experienced in the use of Visual Basic and MS Office integration with factory floor automation equipment. Program and install various panel view and message board displays.INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS:Program various PLC equipment including but not limited to: Allen Bradley Product line, Automation Direct PLC line, Modicon and GEFanuc PLC product lines. Able to program various Operator Interface Terminals including but not limited to AB PanelView, Total Control and Automation Direct. Some experience with vision systems and integration of equipment into control systems. Able to program and install various AC/DC inverter drives and servo applications.
