Duties include but not limited to, Environmental project management: procurement, RFP/RFQ development, issuance, and review, contracting of small  $250k and large  $250k environmental projects, SD/DD/CD review, project log and information management, project closeout, consultant and contractor RFQ and pre-qualification. Full AHERA program management of approximately 135 schools and facilities, asbestos abatement project management and coordination, program/project contracting and budgeting, provide facilities personnel with annual asbestos and safety training, AHERA program update and digitization, OSHA safety audits of abatement and construction projects, lead-paint compliance, drinking water quality sampling and reporting, indoor air quality investigations, radon gas compliance, school laboratory safety compliance, assist facility management with environmental health and safety, review contractor health and safety plans, annual safety notifications to all schools and facilities, emergency response coordination, direction of environmental technicians for ongoing program management, performing other duties as assigned by manager.

Manage clients including CU Boulder and DPS, schedule residential and commercial asbestos, lead, and mold inspections, prepare asbestos abatement project specifications and required project designs, conduct full-building asbestos inspections at CU Boulder using web-based database, perform asbestos abatement oversight and clearances, project management, contracting, invoicing, report template creation, SOP creation, attend project meetings, manage field inspectors during asbestos inspections and oversight, indoor air quality assessments, asbestos spill response, XRF (Niton and Innovex) instrument analysis of paint and soil, ASTM E1527-13 Phase I site assessments for DPS, CU Boulder and real estate clients, provide clients with OSHA asbestos 2 hour awareness training, various other OSHA compliance inspections and sampling

Phase I environmental site assessments (ESA) (records review, site recon, interviews, report prep), Phase II ESA (water/soil sampling, drill rig oversight, sampling and analysis plan prep, final report prep), residential and commercial inspection for asbestos, asbestos project design preparation, asbestos abatement oversight and clearance, lead based paint and mold screening and assessments, major and minor asbestos spill response, report preparation, indoor air quality assessments, water sampling for wastewater discharge permit
