As leader of the analyst teams for collections and recoveries during the peak of the 2008-2009 global recession, I developed strategies to help customers pay Capital One Canada, minimizing credit losses for the company.Organizational Impact:Maintained profitability during the recession, developing risk-reduction strategies to minimize exposure to the highest-risk customers and repricing underperforming credit card balances.

In my initial role with the company, I developed a credit policy and valuations for credit card products.
