Responsible for taking products to market (Go-To-Market) and ensuring proper sales support, incentives management, planning and analytics, channel branding, and technology development, to drive sales performance at the various channels (Retail and Branded Channels, Prepaid distribution, Telesales, and Digital). I am also responsible for managing customer experience for the company, managing Touchpoint Net Promoter Scores, key company customer experience operation indicators ie. FCR, network uptime and speeds, availability of digital channels, and customer journeys. I am also responsible for managing Fiber operations, ensuring that new fiber installations are done effectively, and fiber experience well managed.

Responsible for Deposit products and performances, including running tactical campaigns to drive deposits, and bundling of solutions and services as new CASA products. Also am responsible for both Secured (Mortgage and Autoloan) and Unsecured (CGC) loans. I also continue to assist in Branch Development to drive the concept of Community Branch Banking.

Responsible for the development of over 300+ branches for Hong Leong Bank, from development of location and distribution strategy, branch design and format design, technology and IT innovations for improved productivity and cost efficiencies. The role will also include working closely with operations and business units to further refine formats and operating models to drive branch effectiveness and improve brand experience, while working closely with Project Management firms and contractors to implement different roll out and contracting strategies to drive down the CAPEX spends.

Responsible for DiGi Mass Postpaid sales, which includes managing both owned retail shops and partner run operations. I am responsible for channel development to ensure that DiGi's retail touchpoint remain relevant and effective with the changing retail landscape, including category management, in store marketing, store design, location selection, device sales and RMA, and partner development. Role also includes managing customer service and issue escalations across the 150+ retail touchpoints nationwide.

Responsible for design, build and maintain all office, tecnical operation centers, and data centers for DiGi. Also responsible for all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs, acted as the HSE Management Rep (MR) in the recent ISO 14001 certification exercise
