In my position as Executive Director of Sales for Caesars Entertainment, I direct the Las Vegas In-Market South Central Sales Team. My home base is New Orleans, and my team resides and group sells throughout the Southeastern United States.I began my career in Las Vegas as a Convention Services Manager at the Rio All Suites Hotel. It was then that I discovered my passion within the Hotel Sales Industry and eventually felt a psychological need to direct a successful sales organization.I am honored to have received the Best National Sales Manager of the Year – Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Additionally, I am proud to have been a recipient of the prestigious Chairman's Award for Caesars Entertainment.I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Spanish from Colorado State University. Furthermore, I have pursued additional credibility and knowledge in my career by earning the CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) Certification and completing my MBA.When it comes to my interests outside of work, I most love spending quality time with my family. Among my favorite activities are travel, hiking, skiing, and attending live sporting events.I am also an active member of PCMA, a Meeting and Events Industry Organization that I am truly passionate about.
