Help manage the social enterprise project as a not-for-profit organisation and operate a meaningful governance in all the aspects of our work. We have been running for 8 years and we struggle to finance the operation. We desparately need funds to keep the project from servicing the needs of the local community. WE have only one paid member of Staff - the rest of the 80 involved people are all Volunteers!
