Supplementary duties involve assuring job sites have up-to-date labor law posters (conduct bi-annual audits to assure compliance with state and government requirements) and start up documentation, initiate contact with minority and female recruitment sources and utilize them in the recruitment process.Familiar with all new hire (salary/hourly) paperwork: Application, resume, offer letters, I-9, Applicant Flow Logs, federal and state tax forms, policy and procedure authorization/release forms, administration of POC type pre-employment/post accident screens, COC documentation and MRO notification, Harassment claim investigation procedures (in person and phone interview), 16 steps (related to OFCCP regulation for government/federal contractors), OFCCP audit procedures (received EVE award for exemplary OFCCP audit in 2006), Submission of workforce development applications (received WFD award for submission in 2009), research and organization of training initiatives for both salary and hourly positions.
