Currently majoring in Criminology and Political Science with a Business studies option at Penn State University.I have close to a decade of experience in the restaurant industry working a variety of positions both in the front and back of the house including bartending, key-holding, serving, hosting, food running, busing, bar-backing, and kitchen staff. Additionally I have over a year of food prep and food service related experience, as well as kitchen safety training as both a team member and leader.Aside from my work experience in food services I have 6 years of experience as a bag room or golf professionals assistant, as well as a caddie. This unique job and workplace environment has helped me develop several important skill sets from a young age such as attention to detail, focus, interpersonal skills, and networking.In addition I’ve started my own private bartending business called B.Y.O.B. (Bring your own bartender) as a means to continue working amidst the pandemic while utilizing the skills I’d learned in prior restaurants with my interest in creative engagement. With several events under my belt ranging from cocktail making classes to weddings, I’ve improved my organizational skills, leadership skills, and budgeting, while working a job I’ve truly enjoyed.
