About Patrick Evers Riba

After completing my degree in Architecture at Manchester Metropolitan University, I worked for a year in Malaysia during the economic boom of the 1990’s. Here I experienced large scale mixed use schemes and had a great opportunity to travel. I then completed my Diploma in Architecture at Leeds Beckett and worked with Leeds Civic Architect John Thorp for three years on a variety of museums and public buildings. Joining Carey Jones in 2000, I rose quickly to Associate level and continued to hold senior positions in the company for over a decade as it evolved through a series of re-structures, final reaching Studio Leader at the time of my departure. I joined Cunniff Design in February 2016, re-joining forces with Rob Cunniff, with whom I led the Leeds Studio of CJCT for the last three years, where we deliver Director-led, design focused projects for our clients.My key sector experience is in mixed-use regeneration, residential (private and student), workplace, rail and hotel/leisure.
