Manage and actively prospect small businesses banking relationships with typical revenue sizes of 5 to 50 million. I solve credit needs for my clients to acquire and refinance real estate, purchase or refinance equipment and lines of credit to help businesses with working capital, inventory, accounts receivable, etc. Also partner with Wells Fargo SBA to help finance real estate transactions, business acquisitions, business startups and business expansions when businesses would not qualify for conventional financing. In addition to helping with credit needs I also assist with client's deposit needs involving Wells Fargo Treasury Management Services utilizing tools to help invoicing, collecting payments, ACH Services, desktop deposit capabilities, sub accounting, fraud tools, online wires and other services that were needed by clients to optimize their business banking relationship. I am responsible for the ongoing management of a 65 million plus commercial loan portfolio. Manage all aspects of the portfolio including managing renewals, monitoring covenants, ensuring all annual reviews were being completed in a timely fashion, assigning credit grade and monitoring credit grade over term of loan, identity underperforming loans, etc.
