Sr. Project Engineer
CurrentCurrently the IPT technical lead for the primary flight control hydraulic actuation system on a 14CFR Part 25 Business Jet. Responsible for the design and qualification of multiple line replaceable units (LRUs). Responsibilities include:- Interaction with end customer (both engineering counterparts and management), internal program and technical domains, and sub-tier customers.- Review and approve technical documents, reports, drawings, etc.- Develop program schedules based on customer and internal requirements.- Manage a team of 8 Project Engineers and provide technical input and direction in alignment with overall program objectives.I have also worked as the lead Project Engineer responsible for the design of complex sub-assemblies (LVDTs, Pressure Sensors, and Solenoids). Responsibilities include; writing of the technical requirements needed by the sub-tier suppliers; engineering technical reviews with suppliers; and liaison between suppliers and internal project and program teams.
