I began my career as a daily newspaper reporter and now have nearly 15 years of experience in school public relations and education communications at urban, suburban, and rural school districts and the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) in New York State. Since 2014, I have worked as the Community Relations Coordinator/Director of Communications for the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda UFSD, one of the largest school districts in Upstate New York. I specialize in emergency communications, story telling, strategic messaging, and aggressively promoting the success stories of our schools, staff, and students.
