With over 22 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have honed my skills as a senior manager to drive operational excellence and achieve world-class manufacturing standards. Starting my career as a tool and die apprentice at Magna, I progressed to become a Canadian and German certified journeyman, holding various roles such as Tool and Die Maker, Tooling Coordinator, Launch Lead, and Module Lead/Program Manager.I have had the privilege of working with incredible mentors who have guided me throughout my career, enabling me to excel in management positions at Gestamp, where I served as Engineering Manager, Tooling and Engineering Manager, and Assistant Plant Director. My time at Gestamp was transformative, as I was enrolled in the Gestamp Plant Director Development Program, which further enhanced my leadership skills.Now back with the Magna team as Assistant General Manager of the press shop at Kamtek, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. My passion lies in developing the next generation of leaders and guiding my team towards operational excellence. It is an honor to lead this team and drive them towards success.
