The A. Duie Pyle Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed to prepare leaders for a successful career in transportation operations. This is a six-month program where you will learn the industry and our operation from the ground up and gain experience through assignments in various departments and multiple locations.

Assumed full responsibility of dispatching P&D drivers in the Newburgh Terminal while gaining experience in operations, project implementation and creating positive customer relations.

Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and recommend most appropriate brands in the sale of ski and bike equipment.

Developed inventory management skills by handling the stock of 80 golf carts to ensure the availability of carts for member use.

Leveraged existing relationships to cross sell clients’ additional policies as well as examining claim forms and other records to determine proper insurance coverage.
