During the year of 2009, I have become the lead field project manager for the transport group. I have created word documents manuals for our Transport Group. It has improved the quality of our work and made the contractors aware of what exactly we are looking for. Started working on the DS3 and Ethernet project. This project consists of 200 DS3 that will be delivered to the market.I have conducted quality walks on the general contractors that Bechtel is using to prep the sites for the DS3 project. Review contractor's bids and if too expensive would go to cell site and try to find and alternate solution for cost savings.I am also working on the UMTS ADD project. I have contributed to the completion of 2500 gate 2 completions since February 2009. I was trained on the Carrier Access Wide Bank series DS3 multiplexer and also the Tel Labs SIAD. IN 2010 I became more of; My responsibilities became more administrative. I created a spreadsheet for tracking the progress of Tellabs SIAD installation for all 3 projects that were going on at the same time. The 3 projects were UMTS ADD 9-14, DS3 2009 and DS3 2010 and lastly Ethernet. This spreadsheet became a tool that ATT utilize for their tracking purposesI was responsible for the release and installation of 1500 Tellabs 8605 SIADs units in the northeast Market for ATTI had 5-10 general contractor technicians under my supervision for these installations. Currently ATT is deploying ALU 7705 SIADs for Ethernet backhaul and I am managing that deployment and installation. The project consist of 1368 ALU SIAD installations for the 2010 planI am also managing the Layer 3 Ethernet testing of 1368 sites and DS3 end to end testing of 375 sites. Review and approve timesheet for work completed by our general contractor technicians.In 2011 ATT deployed an additional 250 sites for ALU SIAD installation and provisioning. Conducted surveys with Verizon for delivery of Ethernet circuits to the ATT cell sites

2009 In November 2005, when I coming close to completing the Tru Position project, I became part of the "Tiger Team" for trouble shooting and fixing issues for the duration of the project. We decommissioned the Andrews WLS and confirmed that the Tru Position LMU was the sole E-911 unit on the site. I have had to self commission the Tru Position for new site builds. I conduct E-911 surveys for New Site Builds and submit the data to Tru Position to be loaded into scout. I have made myself more familiar with reading the site drawings/plans for a site to determine where equipment and GPS antennas will be installed. I became proficient in programming and troubleshooting Carrier Access SIAD and Kentrox DSU.After the project ended I began working on the TDMA Thinning and Sunset Project. I had to take inventory of TDMA equipment before decommissioning.I also worked on the UMTS orange project for testing and troubleshooting the T-1s. I have tested and troubleshoot microwave, copper and fiber T1s for NSB and UMTS projects. I relocated T-1s to a new location due to the TDMA thinning and UMTS projects. Installed and terminate cat5e cables for new and existing sites for T1 testing. Supported T1 and E-911 for relocation projects for work authorized and growth sites.Worked with contractors and field coordinators to ensure proper delivery and quality for new site builds, UMTS and relocation projects. I have trained contractors and new employees for E-911 surveys using a GPS handheld unit. Instructed GC on the proper installation procedures for Tru Positions LMU unit. I have trained GC on the Carrier Access and Kentrox DSU units. Created a programming "cheat sheet" for Carrier Access, Kentrox and Tru Position. Assisted contractors in trouble shooting TE21 alarms.Submitted a PIP idea for car scratch and dent protection.I have enrolled and passed MCPA and Commscope training classes.
