I worked for marks & spencers for 13years, where I picked up many skills, I.E great customer service skills and how important it is, working well in a team and on my own, communicating skills, hard work ethic & First aid skills. After leaving m&s I went onto work for an oven cleaning company which required me to drive all around nothern ireland in a van cleaning peoples ovens at there home, the skills I learned from this job were navigation, physical skills using tools and different cleaning forms. I left the oven cleaning job and joined concentrix where I learnt skills I never knew I had, which were great communication skills, talk clear and well on the phone, great sales skills always achieved my kPIs, money motivated, good at thinking outside the box. currently I work at Translink NI Metro as a bus driver, I had to pass many tests written & practical, which I passed, I have a driver qualification card (CPC) is currently in date. skills iv learnt from this job, are my driving skills have improved, I have a great more patience and understanding of people and there different needs. overall I'm a hard working, enthusiastic, driven person and will always do my best in any position I'm in.
