Domestic and International purchased materials.Cut FG and Raw Inventories, Revised Production Lot Sizes for EOQ on production equipment, Maintain Service and Attain Absorption Targets, Revised Production Planning to raise operations efficiency and raise labor utilization, operating efficiency gains raised capacity.

Demand Solutions and SAP / APO experience in leading a $500M Domestic Demand Plan with additional requirements for international shipments, $100M. Lead S+OP Demand and Supply phases, build Executive Summaries; Develop scenarios for decision making. Responsible for inventory balance, inventory accuracy and shipping service for product lines assigned.Build Global Demand picture from summary information from various systems deployed in separate regions of the world.Develop Demand signals for acquisition product lines.
