As part of the F-15 and F/A-18 New Products Development Team Patrick was the F/A-18 Mission Systems Lead and Program/Project Manager for the design and development of new and future mission systems and weapons for all variants of the F/A-18 Super Hornet and F-15 Eagle.Patrick a project manager on many of the smaller future Classified projects under research and development for the US Navy and US Air Force and helped in the development and maintenance of the "Future Tactical Roadmaps" for F/A-18 and F-15 programs.Patrick was also a key contributor in the development of the executive and VIP presentations for the F-15 and F/A-18 Large Area Display (LAD), as well as serving as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert for operational capabilities and application of the LAD in a tactical environment.Patrick also served as the point of contact and subject matter expert for the Navy and Air Force DoD Program Offices, Program Executive Offices, Executive Leadership and VIPs on many current and future programs.

Patrick was a key author and review team member on numerous New Business Proposals teams for both the U.S. Department of Defense and over a dozen foreign military programs responsible for: authoring Classified and Unclassified proposal chapters on tactical capabilities, mission & weapon systems; delivering lectures and presentations to domestic and foreign customers; and acting as Subject Matter Expert for Executive Leadership and VIPs serving as a Customer Relations key point of contact. A few New Business Proposals that Patrick authored major chapters for and gave presentations and lectures to customers included: F/A-18 Super Hornet Programs (Canada, Australia, Brazil, Finland, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, Qatar, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, and the U.S.A.); F-15 Eagle and Silent Eagle Programs (Japan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, and the US Air Force); U.S. Army EMARSS Program (Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System).

Us Navy

Patrick was an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer with over 2000 mission operational flight hours and became a squadron Mission Commander early in his career in the Navy. He then transitioned to the F/A-18 Hornet as a Flight Instructor and qualified as a Mission Commander in type in record time and accumulating over another 2000+ flight hours. Patrick was also voted F/A-18 Instructor of the Year for the US Navy for his skills as a lecturer and his development of advanced instructional and training techniques.Patrick also served as:*Squadron's Assistant Operations Officer in charge of scheduling and training, operations, and certifications of over 120 tactical flight crew and instructors utilizing computer aided instruction, lectures, simulators, and flight training.*Squadron Assistant Maintenance Officer in charge of maintenance scheduling and operations of 64 F/A-18 aircraft and over 350 maintenance personnel.*Squadron Safety and Training Officer responsible for the successful training completion, certification, and currency qualifications of over 600 enlisted personnel and officers performing specific and highly specialized requirements, and maintenance of certification and qualification records.
