As the General Manager, I oversee all aspects of the dealership operations, from sales and finance to service and parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability. I have a strong background in durable goods sales, retail operations, and business management, as well as a credential from the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy, as well as The Assiciation of Finance and Insurance Professionals which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the competitive and dynamic automotive market.
