This team of 10 relationship managers, operating nationally, are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and growing the Cbus brand within a portfolio of Cbus' top employers.

Reporting to the Cbus operations manager, I was responsible for the development and management of a team of Cbus Employer Account Managers (EAMs). This is a team of 11 account managers, operating nationally, were responsible for maintaining high level relationships with Cbus’ key employers. During my time in this role I also took responsibility for additionally managing a campaign team of 5 Employer Transition Specialists (ETS) and 3 Member Service Advisors (MSAs).

Reporting to the Bronze Department Manager, I was responsible for the development and management of a small group of specialist consultants who were, in turn, responsible for the support of the entire Bronze department (in excess of 120 employees). This role involved working closely with various areas of Qantas Loyalty, helping to change and shape the Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) product by providing ideas and feedback on a regular basis.
