He readily embraced that "what is the problem we are solving" philosophy along with the decision making process to deliver significant outcomes. In doing so, he reshaped the framework and produced a better and more data driven approach. He also applied the decision making process by leading the pandemic response that included transitioning over 3000 employees to work from home.
