In 2013, I transitioned my career from Senior Global HR Executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company to General Manager & Owner of the luxury/boutique Inn at Cook Street on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.After upgrading and rebranding this Historic 1836 Inn, it quickly became one of the most desirable B&Bs/Inns on the Cape winning national and local awards for its service excellence, extraordinary cuisine, curated lush gardens, and premium furnishings and amenities. By creating targeting marketing strategies, innovative social media programs, and the best total guest experience, we easily exceeded our revenue projections and occupancy goals.After selling the Inn, I relocated to Ft. Lauderdale and am now actively seeking General Manager opportunities in the luxury & boutique hospitality industry.
