Oversee all HR generalist responsibilities within the Distribution Center, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, training, payroll, diversity, etc. Work as a strategic partner with line management to facilitate changes and work toward company goals through creative solutions. Manage the company’s liabilities from an employment perspective by ensuring consistency of policies and procedures, fair treatment of employees, and coaching/development of line management. Maintain union free facility through sound human resource practices.
