Restaurant executive with leadership, site development and management experience for over 12 years building Tijuana Flats from 5 to 130+ units. Guided real estate, legal and strategic development for overall brand saturation nationwide. As the Chair of the Real Estate Steering Committee for the board, focus points included directing outside legal counsel, project management for unit development, franchisee program development, on-budget delivery of new restaurants as well as strategic expansion development.
