Enterprise Services Operations Teamlead
Current- Leading a team of qualified employees within a specific functional area.- Ensuring compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures for all assigned site operations.- Supervising the completion of site administration to meet agreed-upon performance standards (on schedule, with the required level of quality, and within budget).- Taking on financial responsibility, including calculating material, personnel, and ongoing contract costs for suppliers.- Serving as the site representative in decision-making committees of the project (with internal management, clients, and the team).- Coordinating contractors both before and during the execution of work.- Establishing efficient methods and processes for site control and reporting.- Assessing risks and opportunities at the construction site (such as economic, organizational, or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, and change request procedures).- Monitoring compliance with standards, regulations, laws, quality, and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) guidelines.
