- Project Management following the Siemens methods and procedures (PM@Siemens) of multivendor projects in Switzerland (Enterprise Services / Value Partnerships)- Support and optimization of the costumer service in Switzerland

- Partner management of customer service and logistic providers

- Responsible for assuring a reliable and high quality valuable service for Point of Care and Molecular medical systems (POC- and MDX-modality management), implementation of the service strategy, training and definition of pricing- Development and implementation of new services/processes and service strategies

- Creation and implementation of a "dummy ISO 14001 enterprise" in the consulting management software (Gesttic) for a future easier implementation of the ISO 14001 system at the customer site- Interviewing costumers clients to identify the customers performance
