I am a person motivated by challenges. I've been working in IT since I was 14 years old, firstly repairing computers, where I learned about hardware and software configuration, and then I started to teach computer basics to kids and adults when I was 17.After a year outside the IT area to focus my studies on general English I returned to the hardware area fixing mobiles, tablets, computers and notebooks for five years. However I wanted to keep learning and started my studies at the University of Santa Catarina, where I graduated in Information Systems.The university was a great period of my life, I had the opportunity to start my own company learning more about business and management, this experience was essential to me and allowed me to move to the next step in my career. I then started to work as a support agent and quickly moved to a team leader position training new agents and managing the team.My skill background goes from repairing, teaching, managing, training, and development even though hadn't had the opportunity to work as a developer yet, I've been always updated with new technologies and programming languages.
