Manages DevOps - Ecommerce Team who provides operational and development support to our company

As Principal Development Ops Engineer I use my advanced knowledge and expereince of command line interface (CLI), OS interfaces, Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD),environments, scripting and development languages to take an active role in leading and managing infrastructure projects, releases, processes and tools in a moderately supervised context. This position requires a keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and mature communication skills working in a collaborative environment across our enterprise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supervises and assists as needed in the timely delivery and releases of 29 active sites and 24 merchandising sites, Multiple internal development applications and content authoring solutionsOversees and contributes to our Builds system, extending our Jenkins and Bitbucket pipelines Creates technical specifications and architectural inputs of new project instances of AWS and SFCC instances Oversees Account creation and management for our Users within AWS, SFCC, Jira, Bitbucket, AEM, Adyen, and Proof of Concept (POC) trials Demonstrates advanced skills in scripting and OOP languages in order to extend and bind environments and custom extensions Works with architects and contributes in the creation and implementation of Tools that facilitate development, QA, business, and release processes
