I work with… Show more As a Customer Service and Support Specialist, my role involves providing customer support for software and hardware components used in Energy Storage Systems(ESS) and solar products. I serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via phone, email and chat. I am responsible for assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals for ES systems. Additionally, I provide product training to customer and users as required. I work with engineers and sales teams, to meet in the middle and provide clear concise information that can be used to improve the product as well as educate potential sales clients. Providing technical knowledge to new clients, helping them train, and providing technical support for sales team. To be successful in this role, I have 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles, with knowledge of ESS systems and software applications used in the photovoltaic and ESS industry. I have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. My organizational and time management skills are excellent, and I can work independently with minimal supervision. Show less
