Responsible for:- Managing the Logistics department such that realization of the targets are achieved.- Managing, developing and coaching staff and annual assessment of staff.- Controlling goods and information chain between Audi AG - Pon's Automobielhandel.- Inform and report logistical process, early warning, delivery times and stock.- Responsible for ordering and monitoring unsold stock Importer.- Mediator in logistic issues between Pon and supplier (Audi), and between Pon and customer (dealers).- Assess and handle financial arrangements (claims / support and so on..)
