I am a part-time (sessional) Member of the Consumer and Commercial Division of NCAT

I work in the commercial and corporate team, providing advice on a wide range of matters from procurement matters, technology transactions, privacy, consumer law and IP through to disputes. I also advise on a range of regulatory matters (TEQSA, Telco issues). I have been the sole legal counsel on large projects including our data centre transformation program and cybersecurity modernisation. I provide advice to researchers, academics and professional staff across the University on a broad range of issues including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, commercialisation of IP, software licensing, privacy and data security, complex procurement exercises, corporate governance, and on disputes.
